A: We have both a flat rate and a time & materials pricing program here at Northwest Refrigeration instead of offering only hourly rates like many other service companies out there. We want to give our our customers the option to choose either flat-rate pricing or time & materials depending on their tastes. Our flat-rate prices prices are pre-compiled by taking industry standard labor times for each specific task, and combining them with the cost for materials. What this allows us to do is give our customers an up-front and final price for each job before work is even started... no matter how long the technician needs to be there. Our technicians all carry flat-rate pricing books so that you can even see the price for yourself - upfront and with no questions asked, what you see is what you get. Additionally, customers which are enrolled in our Comfort Care™ program get a very sizable discount which is also listed next to the regular prices... Sometimes our customers, mostly those that supply their own materials or have them readily available, will opt for time & materials pricing. A: All of our installations come with at least a one year parts and labor warranty. Any service repairs we make are guaranteed for a full ninety days. Extended warranties, manufacturer's warranties, and inspections and are all available. Just let one of our representatives know that you are interested, or ask one of our service technicians.

| Q: If I supply my own parts for a job will your technicians install them for me? |
A: Yes, we will install the parts/materials for you and will deduct the amount that you paid for these items from the job's total cost. However, we cannot give a warrantee on customer supplied parts or materials. That is strictly between the customer and the manufacturer and/or retailer fo these parts/meterials.

A: Yes, we bid on new construction work all the time and would be more than happy to be of service.

A: In most cases, yes. Northwest Refrigeration handles a wide variety of different HVAC related problems people have and we offer custom solutions to these problems. No two jobs are always the same and some people have very unique tasks for us. If it has to do with keeping things warm or keeping things cool give us a call and tell us about it.
