The importance of seasonal maintenance cannot be overstated. It's been
proven that properly maintained refrigeration and comfort systems will last
in the long-run and operate more efficiently, as well as safely in comparison
to systems that are maintained less often.
An interesting note is that according to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the cost associated with poor indoor environmental quality totals in the tens of billions of dollars annually.
At Northwest Refrigeration, we offer each of our customers (commercial and residential) the opportunity to receive our new Comfort Care™ service subscription. With this discounted pre-paid subscription we will assign your very own personal EPA Certified and factory trained technician to inspect, clean, and perform maintenance tune-ups to your equipment throughout the seasons.
We will keep track of your subscription here at our office. When our computer systems show that your next checkup(s) are around the corner, we will call to remind you that your check-up will be due soon and we will work with you to setup an appointment over the phone for your convenience.
We normally recommend two (2) check-ups per year for our residential customers, four (4) checkups per-year for commercial customers. However, if you would like our technician to perform a different amount of check-ups during your subscription we will be happy to accomodate you. This lets you set the pace and personalize your service, according to your needs..
If you wish to start a new subscription or renew your subscription simply contact us and one of our staff will get you started!
